A friend will come bail you out of jail, a buddy will be sitting in the cell with you saying, " Your right, she didn't look like a cop"

I sure wish I could join you guys this year. Lauren and I are still having a great time traveling the country. We are in Stone Mountain Georgia right now watching our grandkids make s'mores. We have a lake front site with a view of Stone Mountain as well. We went to the Easter sunrise service on the summit of Stone Mountain this morning, grumbling kids in tow, and watched the sun come up over Atlanta. Shortly after the service a hot air balloon sailed about 100' overhead.
Life is good... Happy Easter FROGs

Lowbubba,I threw you under the bus, they droped the charges on me. LeNe,we are still in Va. I have to sign some documents at Appomattox,Va. tomorrow. I do need a (FEW) more parts but I will make and repair the trailer when we get back home.Thank you for the offer. Steve, I went to a Easter egg hunt as well, had a very hard time wrestling that 5 year old kid to the ground for her Gold egg! Tentcamper,we (OMI) headquarters just completed our Daycare Center. The Cupid Girls can now bring the little ones to work, absentism was a big problem. The seminar on (Proper Pole Dancing) had to be removed due to state park Regs. ---- Now I will communicate with everyone for the firsrt time ---mjb--- we left home 3/24 and arrived in DC on 3/25 for the 1st official factory FROG rally which started 3/27. 76 units and lots of wonderful/friendly folks..... new friends we made and will see again since we get to go on the vegas trip this fall.
We left DC 4/1 at 7:30 am (you only trick us once with that traffic) and headed to Glouster Va. We left there today 4/9.... after seeing Glouster, Glouster Point, Jamestown, Yorktown, and 2 days at Williamsburg,,, YES - we are TIRED!!!!!!!!! thank goodness for alcohol... what I mean is the rubbing kind.................ha - tourist - that we are.....heading slowly back to OHIO..............Bye! Youroo!!

We have had an eventful week. I have been carrying around another kidney stone since mid January (6mm in size). Easter Sunday it decided to move and got stuck. The intense pain sent me to the hospital and they removed the stone on Tuesday. Just beginning to get back to normal today. This is about my 5th stone and by far has been the most painful.

Attendee list with 4 weeks to go:

Youroo----------------site 13
Tentcamper1----------site 11
LuckyMcBride----------site 9
Mammahoff------------site 14
Hoffkm----------------site 12
Lowbubba-------------site 15
Bob and Cindy Byrne---site 10
DougP47--------------site 17
Lee and Neeva--------site 18

Let me know if I have missed anyone.

See you all soon!!

Does anyone know if they allow pets? The reservation website shows no available sites when I select "pets allowed".

EDIT: After calling around, the website information is incorrect and pets are allowed under the typical park rules (leash 6ft in length, yada yada yada)

Wellll.... I actually did more than that. A few months into our full time travels we came to the sad conclusion that our "Wendy" just wasn't designed for what we were using her for. It was still doing ok but the fact that, in the long term, full time living and traveling in an ultra lite TT wasn't good the trailer or it occupants.
When we made the decision to postpone our home search and stay on the road for at least two years we traded the Windjammer in on a residential quality rv.
While in Dallas we bought a Redwood 36FL... that was the reason for the oil burner... my 1/2 ton Ram would have grunted a wee too much for this rig..

Guess I better change my signature line..

We'll always consider the O.M.I. FROGs to be our friends.. Our love of RVing was enhanced tremendously by this forum and friends we mat at the rally. Without that camaraderie we probably wouldn't be living this lifestyle.

Hoff,we need a current head count, the (Cupid Girls) found our (Tadpole Rally) jackets at the (Goodwill) store, there is some smoke & water damage from the Fire, but the (OMI) logo will cover most of it up. Please send us the sizes of all the (Tadpoles) for proper fit, The fringe is long on these coats, and the (Hoodees) will come in handy if they dont want the (Security Cameras) to see your face. Youroo!!

So far we have at least 10 rigs attending. See everyone soon! Sounds like tentcamper1 is supplying the beer. Too bad my kidney stone doctor doesn't want me drinking beer. Luckily for me whiskey is on the OK list!

I see you sold your Windjammer. When we sell our home, we were going to full time living in our tt. What was the deciding factor to sell yours. Maybe we need a different one when we go full-time too. In the meantime, we love our 3065!
