I don't mind picking up a ham to bake when we arrive; then everyone else can bring a side. What do you think Joyce?

All are welcome to join us for Easter Dinner/Potluck in the evening; chime in and let us know if you can join us, the more the merrier. I'm sure we'll be able to find a gathering spot.

Cherry Hill has a large banquet hall where we'll be having our welcome dinner and several breakfasts, as well as two smaller rooms adjacent to the hall. There's also a small grill area downstairs. I can't imagine that we wouldn't be able to get one of those.

I'll call the CG manager and see what's available.

That sounds like a great idea! We were planning on arriving Sunday but not sure what time since it will be around a 10 hour trip. We would be interested what time was everyone thinking?

Guess it depends on what Bob finds out regarding the room. I'll keep you updated.

Talked to AGIEWAGON this AM------

I talked to AGIEWAGON this AM on the phone discussed the trip to DC. We
plan on leaving Jacksonville on Saturday 30 Arrive Sunday 31st. I will probably drafting on AGIEWAGON for better fuel mileage!! Just hope he does not run off and leave us.

Any suggestions on what to bring for POT LUCK DINNER SUNDAY? If there is a suggestion, PM me?

I spoke late yesterday with Janice, the Manager at Cherry Hill. She's checking to make sure there's no conflict (she's currently just getting back from knee replacement surgery, so only in part time), but doesn't think there will be any problem with our getting space for Easter Sunday dinner.

All are welcome to the Easter Potluck! Here's the list I have so far:

Oakman & Petunia - Bob & Joyce (Baked Beans & Dessert)
RalphieAdie - Ralph & Adrienne (Ham)
F.R.O.G. - Bob & Cindy
CincyEd -
Daisy Boykin -
agiewagon -

Please let me know if I've missed anyone. Still not sure of the time and don't worry if you are arriving late...I can tell you from personal experience; that the STL group will still be talking.

Adrienne
