We're still working on seminar and factory tour schedules. We're asking for reservations for the optional tours by July 19 so that we can get tickets where they're needed and confirm bus transportation.

Dinner is provided on Sunday, Monday ("Pete's Dinner"), Wednesday and Friday. Two of the tours on Thursday night include dinner -- one at Amish Acres, which includes a wine & cheese tasting, shopping, and the play "9 to 5 the Musical"; and the other at Das Essenhause, preceded by a cruise on the Elkhart Queen Riverboat and followed by a classic car show and shopping.
Breakfast is provided every morning from Monday through Saturday.
Neil, I just sent you an answer to your PM about a location. The short version is "no problem." There are plenty of pavilions available that are used for the fair, we just have to make sure that they're set up with tables. As an alternative, we can use the dining room that will already be set up for our meals.

Neil, we have the entire fairground, with the exception of a couple of closed buildings. All of the outdoor pavilions that are used for the fair are available to us, so we just have to pick one and make sure that it is set up with picnic tables. As an alternative, even though we don't have a dinner scheduled for Tuesday, we can use the main dining room, which will already be set up with tables and chairs.
