THE FOLLOWING IS AN ABSOLUTELY TRUE STORY:
Yesterday afternoon, before we went live, I went into the registration system through a "back door" in order to be registered first. Last night, just before going live, our IT guy checked the admin file and, thinking that it was one final test, swept it out along with all of the tests that we did over the past couple of weeks. Result? Even I didn't get to register early.

That's funny, what number were you? So who was the precious number one? Inquiring minds want to know. Mostly because I wanted to be but that happened to be the one night I fell asleep early.

Our testing created records with "customer numbers" that were later deleted and not re-issued, so there was no live registration that received a registration number 1. However, the first member to register was Gerald Bohrer from Minnesota at 12:04:54 a.m. EST. You can go to bed now, Jerry!
I haven't re-registered yet (maybe I'll wait to be 1,000), but I'm still planning to go.

We are very excited to be registered for our 1st rally! #511 at 8 pm Central. Only had spaces left on 4 tours. Settled on the Brown Bag but wished we would have had more selections. Oh well, if you're a bit slow that's what you get. Can't wait to meet some of the great Forest River folks!

Bob, thanks for all the hard work so far we really don't know how you do it. Looking forward to another great year in Goshen and ready to help any way we can!!!! We are looking to upgrade our unit and if it's not a Forest River product Beth won't look at it, guess I got her trained well.

If I were you I would just re- register, they will catch it in the office. They will only charge you once. Put in comment box that you registered once and don't think it went through. When you submit a box comes up to print it out then they also send you an email with the confirmation.

I just checked my credit card to see what the exchange rate was only to discover I have been charged twice by Forest river, any ideas on how I can get that reversed?

On a serious note, I guarantee Frog Bob will straighten it out. Neither he nor FR would intentionally over charge anyone.

Might want to contact your CC too to see if you could get the charge reversed instead. If it comes from FR as a credit, you'll probably take a ding on exchange fluctuations. My CC often leverages different rates for debits vs credits, and never in my favour.
