Go ahead and send the request. It can probably be done, but enhancements are lower on the pecking order than repairs. You might have to pay for the topper.

Bob, I emailed my service request form "Fri 7/3/2015 9:59 AM" but I've had no response from anyone. Should I have... or should I show the patience required for rally activities?

Yes. Go to the website and click on the "FROG RALLY" link on the left side. Just below the photos/video you'll see an orange link for the service form. You can open it, complete it on line, then use the "File" and "Send to" commands to e-mail it to me.

Dan, I see your request in my "Service Requests Printed" folder. We were in Charleston, SC over the Fourth of July (those Grandkids were in serious need of spoiling) and got back to the office on the 9th.

It looks as if I printed and sent it to Service on either Friday the 10th or Monday the 13th, so by the time it was logged and sent to the appropriate plant it would just have been this week. I'm sure they just haven't called yet.

Thank you kindly. I knew you were out of the office... had seen traffic on that subject here. I didn't know if I should have heard anything or not. We had two grandsons here last week and will entertain 4 others next week!

Gasman, they'll have put your name on the list that they're sending me, but they don't assign a specific site. When you arrive we'll make sure you're in a site where you can stay without having to move for the Rally.

Hope to see you -- this is a round table session -- bring your quilts, ideas, tips, techniques to share with the rest of us. We had experience and new quilters last year. Pamela Smith and Sherri Brown are your facilitators.

We called and found out what time we could check in coming in on Friday before the Rally. And yes, we know that patience will be required -- good grief. Just an attempt to make things a little light . . .

GooBecause I had made a reservation in April and then could not get in to pay before they shut down reservations, I got to complete the process and pay the fee. So, Sara and I will be going to Goshen.
