I hope all were ok. I couldn't see what brand of trailer but hope they weren't headed for Goshen. I would not have tried to tow in those winds.

Storm just passed (I hope).

Still some thunder.
Poor Bella; she took it badly and we are gonna be black and blue tomorrow.

Aww Bella baby, it's gonna be ok, it's just some noise. That is the one thing my dog does not seem to be afraid of. He will turn tail and run at a sound in the woods or someone closing a garage door on the other side of the court but storms don't seem to phase him.

We are just outside Indianapolis and had a big storm come through, Zoe the dog woke us up. Seems to have passed, reports of Funnel Clouds at home in SW Ontario last last night. Stay safe everyone.

We are on Elkhart and the storm hit us around 12:15. Lots of lightning and heavy rain. Still looks overcast this morning.

Anyone traveling from Fort Wayne to the Rally via RT 33 be aware there are two bridges out due to construction.

The detours are a bit narrow per one of the volunteers who came in that way.

Just a Head's Up.

With all the various road closures and bridge detours on Rt 33 what is the best way to get to Goshen from the Cincinnati area. We have done the trip twice before and gone up through Fort Wayne but now I am not sure. We are leaving Charleston SC on Thursday (I hope) and plan eventually to come up I-75 but just not sure which way to go once we hit Cincinnati. Any guidance is greatly appreciated.

You can take 33 up to 13 towards Middlebury through the county roads, that's what we did last night during the storms. Then the road for the fairgrounds crosses 13. That is 1 option

31 just north of 465 at Indianapolis has some construction. Maybe 5 or 6 mile. I think one small section is one lane. But 31 is really a great road after that. hwy 6 is a good road then 15 north. --15 is a good road too. So your way is good --especially once you get north of Westfield.

Ran 31 to 25 to 115 to 15, small detour around a country block, then straight into Goshen . Nice country 2 lane run up to goshen, follow the signs to the fairgrounds.

Another thought. 31 to 20 then 15 south. 31 & 20 are both 4 lane roads.

Stop in Middlebury on your way at the Essenhaus restaurant. Awesome!!

Russell.

2015 FROG International Rally in Goshen, IN held August 9-15

Well I was on the west side of town! Rise & shine on the East side. Ha but ya don't miss it either. Make sure to go to bakery early. They will run out of things in the afternoon.

Iggy, a friend traveled I65 and reported construction was awful. I am heading up I55 to I57. Hopefully someone here has some information on that. Hope you have a great trip.

Same plan here -- I-57 up to Exit 283 (US Hwy 24). East on Hwy 24 to Hwy 31. North on Hwy 31 to Hwy 6. East on Hwy 6 to Hwy 15 north to Goshen.
