Looks like it went hot last night. I registered in Arizona at 11 o'clock, it was still the 25th. It had been open for 1 hour at that time. I was number 39, and yes, I did get a confirmation sheet that was sent to my email.

Vendor inquiry
I was wondering who I would need to contact to inquire about being a Service / Seminar vendor at the Rally. We are members (Sierra 5th Wheel soon to be Vengeance Touring) and also have an All Pro Water Flow RV Holding Tank Service and provide Seminars on Proper Holding Tank Care.
Any guidance is appreciated!

They should have applications for vendor status and repair work online soon.

I am certain he has a full PM mailbox due to folks asking for "special consideration" regarding the parking.

I certaintly would not want Bob's job as you CAN'T please everyone. I'm sure he is getting questions that I want to be parked next to the dining hall, I have to have SEWER hookup because of XYZ, or I must be parked next to my friend or even I don't want to parked next to anyone other than my own RV Brand. LOL
This year it would just be easier to be park people as they arrive based on their size of their unit and which spots are best suited for that in X areas vs. having to try to please everyone with special requests. In my book handicap are the only legitimate purpose to have SPECIAL PARKING.
After all this is rally is for all branded units made by the Forest River INC so mix people all up with other branded units. Otherwise don't attend and create your own rally. Just my two cents worth.

It's probably trying to authenticate your address? Are you abbreviating part of your address as an example. Might want to try the usps.com site and type in your address and then use the usps version of your address for registration.
Sometime rural routes, etc give hiccups to registration systems like this.

Look at the last bill you got from your credit card company and make sure the address you entered is EXACTLY the same.

Have you tried the "contact us" button on the official FROG website? Here's a link to that website. FROG - Forest River Owners Group

Plus you may be parked next to any typeof Forest river branded Rv (pop up camper to a sports coach Motorhome) In other words it doesn't help to come early unless you plan on volunteering.
Does that help?

Almost...but not quite.
There are several large FR Owner's groups that park together. Last year, these were the groups I was aware of:
- R-Pod Village (What a HOOT - they even elect their own mayor )
- Cardinal Owner's Group (Parked in the center of the Horse Racing Track-what a cool location!)
- Cedar Creek Owner's Group
- Salem Owner's Group
- Berkshire Owner's Group
- And, Of Course, The Phat Phrog Stunt Team
Also, the parking teams try to group brands together to make the service calls easier - you will be AMAZED when you watch the maintenance techs descend! 100's of 'em I say! Maybe 1,000s!!
Last year I was a "Limo" Driver and we parked the carts in the same hall that the techs used for parts & maintenance. Let's just say that a fully stocked major city Camping world had NOTHING on the FR Techs!

Oh FROG Bob...
I might have to adjust that attendance forecast I did - 718 units may be a bit low

Can't speak for FROG, but I have a feeling with 750 campers (and hoping for 1000 units!) it will be difficult, if not impossible, to be as accommodating as last year.
I am sure the parking committee will do everything in their power to make this massive undertaking possible. The volunteers will be parking an average of 75 rigs an hour assuming they are spaced out evenly.
Since many convoy and most will arrive after noon, it will be a madhouse where the parking plan must pretty much be executed as designed on paper.
