My daughter (13) will be at the rally again this year. She loves to pet sit. She will be available any day but Wednesday because we will be on Amish tour. You can pm me or look for us at the rally. Getting very excited!

Last year there were also a few minor issues with local kids, so we're asking that kids / grandkids attending have their name tags as well. We really don't expect any problems, or even to have to ask about name tags, but it just makes things easier all around.
Thanks Bob for the response.

I haven't seen any mention of a "honey wagon". Will there be any there for folks without sewer hookups?

If I drop my car off the dolly in the parking lot, would it be rude to take an extra minute to drop the dolly off the MH after I arrive at the site so I don't have to pull it by hand back to the site ?

Thanks,
Ken

We will again have pump-out service provided for those who do not have a sewer site. There's additional information in the e-mail that I sent out last Thursday. I believe that Herk also included it in his "sticky" of information and suggestions on what to bring.

Herk's post is here: http://www.forestriverforums.com/for...nds-88352.html

Ken,

1) You will receive a GREEN tag which will be collected by the Honey Wagon Service on Wednesday when you get your 1 free pump out. Make sure you are either available, or leave your sewer connection accessible to them.

2) Additional Pump outs can be had (at cost) if you get jammed up. Ask anyone on the parking committee for the phone number if you need an extra.

3) ARRIVE EMPTY. (Mentioned several times now) There will not be time on Sunday to take you to the dump stations on the way to parking AND depending on the weather, they may be unusable due to mud. (they are on a dirt border road.)

4) If you have a "Blue Boy" wagon, you can dump yourself at most any time (Except on Sunday! due to road traffic and the need to be able to access the border road for parking traffic.

5) After you drop your TOAD, you will need to bring the dolly to your campsite. Since ALL sites are "Back In" (except 6 against the stage where you will need to "back OUT" after the rally), you will need to drop your dolly at the parking site and man handle it out of the way so you can park. There will be plenty of help from the staff and other campers.

Guess I had tunnel vision when I missed the mention of the mobile dump station. Thanks for pointing it out.

I'll see if I can find a volunteer to hook up the dolly to drop it off. I have a tough time pulling up my paved drive to put it in the garage. I can't imagine pulling it any distance on gravel or dirt roads.

CincyED,

Thank you for the pet sitting offer. You are extremely generous. We'll see you at the Rally.

"Stretching your Travel Wardrobe with Knitted or Crocheted Accessories" followed by "show and tell" for all. You have limited space your RV and she has that in mind for her session. These accessories are soft and you can squeeze a lot into a small space. Kay Krober will be presenting this seminar at same time/day as the quilting show and tell. THURS 9:00 A.M. Dining Hall. Hope you can attend !!

Don't think there would be a problem with that. There should be plenty of us around with trucks who can pull it to your site for you (after everyone's parked). If you're stuck, track me down.

When you check in at registration they will check for pets. If you don't have one they will give you one! My experience has been where there are RV's there are pets! As it should be. Rudy will be with us!
