That's what I had to do also. IT needed to put in a "continue shopping" button so you could go back and order one of the optional tours.

I went to tours first, checked them all out, then back buttoned back to rally registration, added rally, then checked out. The one thing that got me was a "shipping option" that I had evidently skipped over and had to go back and choose "no shipping".

Finally got in!! WHY do they write card #s and exp dates in SILVER???? Don't they know I am old and can't see the numbers?????
To add your registration after rally registration hit the back arrow or as someone else said hit CONTINUE SHOPPING. Add the tours (remember to change the number of persons in the box)
Under shipping put NO SHIPPING

My back button kept returning the page I was currently on. It might as well have said "you can't get there from here."
