In the parking zone I worked in last year the "toy haulers" were parked so they could unload before being pushed back all the way...

Ask when you get to the "holding loop" up front. You could also unload there if necessary...

Possibly at your site depending on how you're hauling, but definitely in the parking area near by the check-in entry gate.

You will enter the fairgrounds from County Road 34 at Gate 2 (where the big electric sign is located.) Once you get onto the parking lot, there is an area to pull off to your left that is primarily for people pulling toads, where they can unhook their cars prior to being escorted to their sites. You can unload your bike there, park in your assigned site, and catch a ride on one of the golf carts back to the front parking lot to get your motorcycle. We TRY to park toy haulers where they can get their bikes, etc. out at their sites, but we only have limited space to do that as most of the parking is double rows back-to-back.

They have a large parking lot where everyone disconnects their toads prior to getting into the line for being escorted to their rv site. If you have two drivers just have your motorcycle follow the rv into the line. You can leave your toad there and catch a ride back to the lot after parking your rv. They are very organized and the whole process is seamless.

Price Differences in rallies

I know some people have discussed how the rally has got expensive. Take a look at the upcoming Passport America rally in October to be held in New Orleans. Granted it is 7 nights but the cost is $2500 for 2 people. Wow. The International rally is a bargain and you get FROG Bob with it for entertainment.

Hi F.R.O.G. Bob,
I sent you a private message, as we sold the travel trailer we had when I booked the International Rally and provided you the information for the new TT.
Thank You!

You can also send Bob an email, with all the information as well. He will see that, quicker than a private message from the forum.
Congratulations on your new unit!

Not really a fair comparison, that price at passport is all inclusive, granted it big $$$$. Yes I think frog is still a bargain but it doesn’t really compare. It is cheaper (frog) then the Coachmen’s 53rd international rally this year in Kentucky that’s a better comparison.

2019 FROG International Rally: August 11-17, 2019

It’s really how you want to spend your money. It’s what you value. Granddaughter loves Fort Wilderness, I love granddaughter. I still think the big thing at the International was stopping free service. A lot of people saw value in the free service but it really wasn’t by the time you counted your fuel and campground fee, most people could have come out better getting the work done at home. But most people saw free service. The cost to Forest River is going to be the same, if 500 campers show up or 800 campers show up. The food has to be ordered just like 800 campers are showing up and only 500 campers show up. I hope the rally sells out, I have friends that are going. We have been twice and I had a good time, DW is just not a rally person. We probably went to our last rally a few weeks ago. We just like to do our own thing. I know the rally is going to be a blast, if you haven’t ever been by all means go, you get to meet a lot of nice people that enjoy the same adventure as you do

Yes time is getting short and like others hurting self by not pushing away from the table but oh what pleasurable pain. Of course there’s the pain when the Zip line breaks, or one of those darn puddle jumper carts runs over your toe, the pain of spending to much but I have a ticket to the Tikki Hut and other adult locations where pain is relied , of course not much relief in coffee.

We'll have a place where you can unload it before you park, just as folks towing or dollying a car can do.

Think I can get my rig upgraded to a Berc???

Hey, I'd settle for swapping in 50 amp service for my current 30. But then I'd have to sell my PI EMS...

Absolutely! As they say on the infomercials, "Just pay an additional handling fee."
