Hey Mike:
Since you won't be there this year (like us), I'll keep the beer we promised you LAST year cold and get it to you NEXT year!

Dinner is buffet. One night is the most delicious BBQ you ever tasted. Usually two choices and you can have a portion of each.
Please just one portion of each! Loading up so you have some for lunch tomorrow will screw the last folks in line. I believe the caterer will be be serving all stations this year to prevent that.
It is NOT all you can eat; the food is planned so everyone will have enough. Once everyone has had a chance to go through the line there is a call for seconds. The time from the first set of tables called to the last is pretty long when we were feeding 1800 people, but with only 250 or so it should go pretty quickly.
The volunteers put different colored plates on the tables and the Bob randomly picks the color order every night. He does make sure that the same color is never first twice.
That what you were looking for?

Nelson's BBQ will be the caterer again this year. (Nelson's is the caterer that everyone seems to like, and has been the caterer every year except one.)

Thank you. Cardiac rehab is going well, but will take all summer...finishing up around Labor Day.
I know you were wait-listed. Did you get in? If so, I hope you have a great time at the rally! If not, next year, for sure...

Just heard that the boarder from Canada is closed until the end of August, don’t know if anybody was going from Canada or not to the rally, what is the word on that?

We do have a few Canadian registrants.
I am sure we will be hearing from them.
If you are on the standby list, be sure to answer Bob's call

thanks I’m not on that list, but my question was just for general, I’m sure Bob will know what is going on. Sounded to me there was pretty big list. I hope they lift it but it don’t look like it as of today.

Unfortunately this Canadian will not be going, I’m surprised to hear of any Canadians registered as crossing the boarder is not allowed except for essential travel and that is trade related ( truck drivers). Flying is still allowed but doing that with the RV might present a problem.
I hope this brought under control eventually as I miss not visiting with all of my fellow campers and really good friends. Stay healthy and be safe everyone.

Sorry to hear that we won't be able to visit with you this year. We had on our list of trips was a visit with some of the Petrolia rally gang. Beginning to believe that won't happen either. Hang in there, this too shall pass..

Anyone going early to the rally? I’ll be in Shipshewana flea market the week before the rally. Hopefully I’ll get to check out the sweet corn. I’ll getting a new loveseat put in the camper. First stop is Rise n Roll. Performance Trailer Braking is going to be there, I busted a brake line on my last trip. I’ll see them and pick up a couple of brake lines.

Out of curiosity, why wouldn't you get the brake lines from your favorite auto parts store?
