Sorry we missed out.
Just a suggestion... we had no clue what it was.
Maybe a "Welcome All" sign or a hand out saying all are welcome. We walked by at least 100 times and no one ever asked us in.
With all the private dinners in pavilions near by, we just figured it was another.

I will be sure that if Sye is there with the Tiki Hut I will add it to the list of things to during the rally, I know I have had the opportunity to visit the many different locations the Tiki Hut has been in, and this one is the best one ever.
Also thank you and everyone else who has wished Beth and I congratulations.

Even those of us here on the forum that could not attend, want to thank you for stepping up to meet the challenge. Bob and Cindy have been fantastic and no one can ever take that away from them.
My best wishes to you and Beth. Moving forward……”be your own legacy”!

As first-timers, we had a great time. Looking forward to the next one. I managed to grab an aerial view of the event, but even from nearly 400 feet, I couldn't get it all in:

Great picture, things have really changed from the years we filled the inside of the horse track plus the areas around the outside of the track, thanks for sharing your photo

When we attended in 2013, we were located in the bottom area circled in red. (on the outside of corner four for you NASCAR fans)
We constantly taunted all of those that were camped in the infield, that if they behaved, we’d let them join in the fun of the rest of the rally.
From our location, we’d often walk through the building highlighted in yellow…..which was still a little “gamey” after hosting the Agricultural Fair just the week before.
By the time we’d reach the meal pavilion shown in green, we were more than ready for great times with different people each time for breakfast or dinner.
Seems like only yesterday.

The area where you camped is where I have been for the last few years but guess next year will take over Bob and Cindy's spot, we liked the draft barn spots except for the flies.

Those flies by the barn are pretty bad. Glad we ate all our meals in that big hall! Can't imagine eating outside near that barn area. But otherwise a great spot!

Every spot has it's up and downs. What made that spot great is it was so close to yours, a bit of separation from the herd, and nice and close to the showers building! Was nice to take showers in a roomy stall, not in my itty bitty GeoPro shower. Oh, and having such small tanks, the full hookups rocked!

Last two times I was there parked just left of green building in the handicapped area. Nice and close to food hall. Later RJD

Late to the party and it sounds like a torch had been passed that we missed yet will finally be able to travel for this event. Did i miss the dates posted in the last couple pages of pictures for next year's event? Yes, we plan that far in advance due to family obligations in August... Thanx!

I'm pretty sure the dates posted on the big screen for next year's event were 8/10 through 8/16 2025.
I'm sure Rennie or Bob will be along shortly to correct if I'm wrong.

2nd year in the grove, the train noise is incredible, but this year we were prepared and dealt with it.

How were the mosquitos? We were in the grove our first and our only year because they were so bad my wife refuses to go back. No, she does not care that we could just ask to be put in a different area.
