Once again Deb " nuisance" and I will be hosting the Frog - tober fest Amana rally !
When : October 1st thru October 4th 2015
What : forest river owners group rally.

The Amana Colonies RV Park & Event Center
This year like last, the rally will be during Amanas "oktober fest"
Oktoberfest - Festivals in Amana
Thursday will include everyone getting settled in and setup with registration all day.
Friday will include a welcoming potluck.
Saturday will include a pet show with "best dressed" fury baby.
Catered meal once again by "Dostal catering"
Door prize giveaways
And the popular "cornhole tournament "!
Sunday morning will also include a Continental breakfast before you leave!
Times of all activities will be posted at a later date closer to the rally.
We have secured at least 92 sites for this year's rally.
90 sites WERE reserved last year with over 200 rally attendees! WOW!
Quick fact: The 2014 Amana rally was the biggest most attended "mini" rally not organized by F.R.O.G!
And 90% were all first time attendees!
As time gets closer there may be more activities added to the schedule, but there's always plenty to do in the colonies.

Here's some particulars.
1. Number of Sites/Hookups: Approximately 92 sites, 42 water & electric (all sites 30 or 50
amp, 34 full hook ups with either 30 or 50amp, and 16 full hook ups with 50amp service
will be reserved for the dates listed in item #1. The number of reserved sites will be adjusted
as the rally date approaches to reflect a more accurate count of registered rally attendees.
2. Cost per night: All camp sites reserved for Forest River Owners Group rally
attendees are available at the 2015 full hook-up nightly camping rate of $35 plus tax and
water/electric of $32 plus tax, less a 10% discount ($3.50 and $3.20 discounted nightly).
Tax in Iowa County is currently 7%.
3. Discounts and Camping Clubs: The Forest River Owners Group is asked to include
in rally registration information that discounts normally accepted by the Amana Colonies
RV Park will not be accepted during the same visit the rally rate is used. Discounts
including Passport America, Good Sam and AAA may NOT be used in conjunction
with the rally rate, in place of it, or during the same visit.
4. Early Arrival Policy: Rally rates for Forest River Owners Group members will apply
from Tuesday, September 29 through Monday, October 5. No other discount programs or
special rates may be used by rally attendees during this time period or during the same visit.
5. Reservations: Reservations for rally camp sites may be made with the Amana
Colonies RV Park & Event Center after January 1, 2015. It is understood that not all
specific site preferences may be accommodated; park staff cannot guarantee specific
sites. Every effort will be made by the RV Park to satisfy the requests of rally attendees.
6. Parking: Parking will be done by staff of the Amana Colonies RV Park & Event Center.
Staff of the RV Park must be informed of any special or handicapped site assignments prior
to September 15, 2015.
