I must be camped in the wrong section, or have the wrong brand. Although I'm right across from the building being used by the service teams, not even a call to schedule a time to see what is involved and I submitted a list of eight items weeks ago and yes I registered here too. Columbus and Wildcat on either side of me and they have had multiple visits in the past two days. The Wildcat went to the factory yesterday and the Columbus is going Wednesday and Thursday.

Just an FYI.... we did drive out to the fairgrounds just to see how the rally is set up. Looked well organized and now we know to plan ahead for next year. Thanks to all.

Pretty much the same here. I'm on the other side of that wildcat (if it's the same one) and no visits from the flagstaff teams. We see them coming and going all day, but they must have other sections first on their lists.

Wildcat ROCKS!
We had our steps changed from 3 steps to 4 on our 2015 model that apparently was one of the first to be built. Our techs were knowledgable, friendly and really exemplified the culture of Forest River, the customer is # 1 !

Flagstaff techs were here at 8:08am, changed out the ceiling fan and replaced the awning motor. Fantastic crew, efficient, very courteous and professional. Great job forest River. Thank you very much.

Well, you can call me impressed. As soon as Mike S heard we're here with kids and without a fridge, he pulled a couple of techs from the scheduled list and sent them right over and had them swap out the fridge. Now we're just waiting for it to cool down.
Cheers to Forest River. They really came through here.

They just left my rock wood. 3 items down. 2 more in the am. Gotta love these guys.
Makes me think, "what a great show it would be to have a team of RV techs traveling around making repairs " like the home repair folks.

The techs from FR diesel division were all over my MH today. Chris spent most of the afternoon fixing issues and will be back in the AM. First class all the way.

Curiosity
When I registered I was told that I was the 5th Marine Veteran to register.
If any of the registration people are reading this, can we get a count by service of how many veterans are here at the rally?

George it was an impressive amount of veterans there tonight. Good to see. We could have used a few more Marines but we are the few the proud right? I think there were ten Marines registered.

I was very impressed last year with the organization of the rally and the service teams. This year a amazed at the improvements they have made in the organization of their work and the rally. I am not in the market yet, but it'll be a Forest River product when I am.

Today we went on the Amish back road, brown bag tour. We went to "B" Honey & learned how honey is made, an Amish casket maker &
saw the amazing workmanship that went into his caskets. We ate an authentic Amish Wedding feast at a beautiful Amish home & learned
about Amish wedding customs. We went to a carriage maker & a one room school house. We were also given very nice gifts at most
stops to fill our brown bags.
We learned a lot about the Amish today & met some wonderfully knowledgeable & humorous people. We had a very knowledgeable tour guide who explained "things" as we passed them by.
And top all that off, we came back to our campsite to find empty gray & black tanks (& we didn't have to do it ourselves).
Thank you Bob & Cindy for putting this tour together. It was so well organized & I know these things don't come together easily or
by themselves. Could not have been a more perfect day.

I'm not at the rally. But do spend time in that area two or three times each year. Have done the Amish tours and as Cathy says they are neat tours. It is just to us not fair how beautiful their gardens are. Seems to me that we must have more weeds in central Indiana. The Amish don't seem to have any in their gardens. Ha. If you get a chance to do a tour while there sometime you will enjoy it.
Maybe I make the rally next year. I just bought my Berkshire a couple weeks ago. Love it!!

Came back to my rv around 2:30 yesterday and found at least 4 tech's talking with my DW. Replaced a slide out tube frame "header" bracket, Genesis entertainment unit, and roof vent cover. Adjusted awning so it rolls straighter and adjusted the axle mounting brackets so they now sit flush with the frame. Coming back today with slide locks, a new tire and a second look at our floor damage caused by slide problem last month.
Very nice young men and quite efficient. The service teams will be getting a donation from me so Lou can do something special for all of them. Thank you Forest River, choosing to purchase from you was one of my better life decisions.
