AquaMan is just afraid he hasn't found all the rubber ducks and wants to have a "No rubber duck" trailer. Little does he know that the new one will probably be invaded also.

It's not me getting the new one. That would be your other son!

Exploreco, just to clarify, any of the events that FROG organizes or helps to promote or subsidize are intended to be a perk for Forest River owners.

And that perk is meeting Frog Bob and all the other FROG's and the camaraderie. Great folks to have as friends.

Forest River Inc. has been very generous in subsidizing a portion of the cost of the FROG rallies. When I hosted the FROG Rally in Branson earlier this year our welcoming dinner on the first night was paid for entirely by Forest River. This was a catered dinner and the tab for the food and drink came to just a hair under $1000. FROG also provided us with some very nice gifts to give to everyone. I would hate to see these perk disappear because folks started bringing friends or family to the rallies who don’t own Forest River products.

Yes, that is a great point, and the more I am reading up on your rallies, they are different than the other rallies I am used to , and on a much more grand scale. The rally that I just recently went to for pop up owners in IL was strictly out of pocket and not subsidized by any group but those of us that go, so really we kind of just set up activities and do potlucks type meals. So, if we let someone else in from another group it isn't that big of a deal because they can just bring another dish to the potluck, but from what I am reading, your rallies are a little bit more organized more dinners and such.

FROG Bob's answers and what I am seeing about your rallies I think have satisfied my answer. We will try to just come. Hopefully there will be some other pop ups there, but probably not many

You are more than welcome regardless of trailer size or model. The rally is for meeting old and new friends.

Yes as OldCoot said, all FROGs are welcome. No one cares what type of camper you have, the purpose is to have fun and make new friends. I can’t speak to all the rallies but we had at least one popup at the Branson rally and I know there was one at the Colorado Springs rally this year.

I think we should be able to make it. Have been to the Colonies once in May, so would be neat to see it during Oktober Fest. And, even if we are the only pop ups, we can represent

It's just that some friends are "older" than others!

Once the camping season begins again be sure to look for my Silverback at IL campgrounds. We go to Carlyle Lake and Rend Lake on a regular basis. If you see us stop by and say "howdy." Otherwise I'm looking forward to meeting you in Amana.

Oakman, This is a (Hypo Question) If a fisherman is on Carlyle Lake in His (Berkshire Pontoon Boat) during a Rally there, would he be Eligible to be a FROG? Pontoons are a (Recreational Vehicle). They have (Stove,Toilet,Refer,Beds, ect.),and they are made by F/R! Youroo!!

It is still a mystery where all those rubbers ducks came from. Does anyone have a clue as to who would do such a thing?

Ah yes my friend, you present an excellent hypothetical conundrum. The Berkshire pontoon boat is truly an RV and it is built by Forest River. But what if he joins the rally with a camper built by Thor Industries?

Before I give my hypothetical answer I have to point out that I am not the final authority in matters of FROG eligibility. I leave that to the head FROG and pond master of all FROGs, Bob.

Now that I have that disclaimer out of the way let us dissect this issue.

Does a camper built by Thor Industries qualify for eligibility in the FROG organization? ANSWER: No!!

Do FROGs like water? ANSWER: Yes!

Do FROGs like to party? ANSWER: Yes!

Is a pontoon boat also called a party barge: Yes!

Is the party barge in question built by Forest River? ANSWER: Yes!

So after my in-depth analysis, and with four “yes” answers to just one “no” answer, I would have to conclude that said Berkshire pontoon boat owner is a FROG.

Now if this situation should occur at a rally I host I would ask the pontoon boat owner to be the FROG Entertainment Committee Executive & Showman for the rally. I would expect the owner to allow all meetings and gatherings to take place onboard his boat.
