We all loved it to in Handicap roll, you walked by every morning, did you ever notice our rating cards? If I remember rite you came in pretty high. We used a scale of 1 to 10

I think maybe we're just seeing some "Scale up" anomily. Any system that grows 4x over a short period of time will exhibit a proportional increase in defects and outliers.
