You will not receive a confirmation from service. If you sent it, they got it. When you get to the rally, you will still need to check in with the service department at the fairgrounds to let them know what site you are in, and they will have your service request there.

Karen, have you talked to Bill Thomas Camper Sales at Wentzville? We ordered our Columbus through them, and they have been really great to work with on three different campers.

Of course, if you buy at the rally and have the sale credited through Bill Thomas, you can get your warranty work done there.

Hi Captain!!
Yes actually! We live close to Bill Thomas' dealer! They actually have the 366RL. We have looked at it again on Sunday. The place was busy, so we were able to go through it and spend some alone time in it, to sit and get a 'feel', for the unit.
I am not real fond of the color of the couch in the Coronado decor, but I don't hate it.
So I have a dilemma.......would I be able to get a better 'deal' there, vs in Goshen....will Goshen even be displaying the 366RL....
If I bought in Goshen, I would definitely have the sale credited back to Bill Thomas!

Wow! That's a pretty unit. I think I'm gonna call Pete and tell him to make sure he has one at the rally for you. I'm a nice guy that way.

Tim

P.S. Bill Thomas lost out selling me my Roo because they would not deal with me on the price. They sold me my Rockwood because they would. I guess that old dog did learn a new trick. I got a $100 off referral coupon around here for you if you go through them. I mean... $100 is $100, right?
