Tell us about those steps Ernest--did they come with a warrantee ? Did they explain to you how to use them ? Did they explain to you how to service them? Did they tell you to make sure step has stopped moving and in place before exiting coach? Did they tell you to make sure not to open them against a curb? All things enquiring minds would like to know

And most importantly are you satisfied with you FR product and the FR service and techs.

Got get 'em Capt Mike!
In some ways those folks were paying a big compliment to FROG Bob and Cindy. They were willing to trade in their Forest River product for a Thor product but they weren’t willing to give up their spot at the rally. Yep, the FROG rally in Goshen is that good.

In case you’re wondering, they weren’t allowed in.

Hi,

First timer here, and already impressed in many ways.

But the real big one right now is the fact my two service items are completed already -- just five hours after I got in the door at the Ag hall to sign up. Plus, they repaired an unrelated bad electrical connection they inadvertently discovered, and spent time giving me really useful information on some other construction details, which will help on future upgrades and maintenance I am planning.

Off to a great start!!!
