Schinin, since you are an owner of a Forest River product we invite you to become a FROG (Forest River Owners Group). You can register at this web site: http://www.forestriverfrog.com. Registration is free. It will give you information about coming events and Rallys. Bamaganza is just one of many Rallys held throughout the year with only FROG's allowed to participate. Bamaganza will be held the 2nd weekend in 2018 (Oct 10-14). If you are in the SE US there will be a rally held in Helen GA in June (Georgia Peach Rally) filling fast, Williston, FL the last week of September, Mount Airy, NC (already full), Bamaganza, and the Texas Rally in Kerrville, TX (may be filled already) the 1st week in October. And the big one the Forest River International Rally in Goshen, IN in August with over 800 RV's. Other Rallys throughout the year in many states.

Bamaganza and the Texas Rally are two of the most popular and the GA Peach Rally is coming on strong as well as the Mayberry Rally. BTW these events are hosted by FROG members who put in many hours of work to organize them and their work is appreciated by all who attend. Of course the International is the most popular and requires several 100 FROGS to make it happen with main FROG Bob Byrne and his wife Cindy at the head lily pad.

The Rally is a get together of FROG's to just trade tales of their RV experiences, fun, food, seminars and visit around a campfire at minimal cost. if you are interested in attending any rally don't wait till the last day to join in as many of them fill up within just a few days (the International in 24 hours) after registration is opened. The number of RV's are limited at the Rallys (Peach Rally limit is 40, Bamaganza is 70, Texas Rally is also 70 and the International about 800).

For information on the various Rallys click on "Events" on the FROG web site or watch here on the Forest River Forum "Rally Zone". Again don't hesitate to get registered or preregistered in most cases for upcoming events ASAP. If you have questions about any particular rally(s) just ask.

Like Triple SS stated, it would be great if you came to the rally. Bamaganza 17' was our first rally and I had a great time and met great people. Just so you know you need to become a F.R.O.G member.

Thank you to everyone for keeping up the thread, and getting our new friend up to speed, I took the weekend off and went camping, the place we went has bad reception.

Yes rallies are a great way to meet new friends

At some point during every day you suddenly realize nothing else productive is going to happen the rest of that day. For me, it usually occurs around 9 am.

Always like to visit before we stay so checked it out this past Sunday. Looks like. Good place to go. We will probably camp there before Bamaganza just to get a feel of the land

I'm told they do it up big at Christmas time with all the lights, we are planning on going down to check it out the end of November

Thanks Pennie. I see that this is another weekday registration. I wish that in the future this can change to a weekend registration. For those of us that still have jobs, it is very difficult to get away to make the call. For instance, today I had to call 16 times before I was able to get through for the Peach Rally. Another member was flying at that time and was unable to make the call at all. Please consider this for future rally's. Thanks.

Just as info we have to work with the camp grounds also to get lined up for calling. Usually they are pretty busy on week end so it would make it worse for getting in. Also you notice the National rally is also during the week for registration. I guess you got in have not seen your e-mail yet but yep some folks got to do the W thing.
