However, my wife, who is a bit disabled, was very un-nerved by the "SHUT-UP" and "BE QUIET" screaming during some of the group activities. She was reluctant to get out of the camper much after that. Don't know if it bothered anyone else but it was crude behavior that neither of us wish to experience again.

I am sorry to hear that your wife got upset over the shouting of BE QUIET OR SHUT UP. Sometimes that is the only way to get everyone to quiet down enough to hear what the announcement is. It is not done in anger or to intimate. Just so all can hear. If it was during the seminar it was so that we could hear Brian. Some of the group do have a hard time of hearing. My husband wears hearing aids and will not attend some activities because he cannot hear well. Also everyone tries to talk over everyone else especially in a crowded area. Again, I am sorry that you and your wife did not understand the need for shouting such. Please give us another try.

I was just looking at the River Country Campground website and noticed a NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ALLOWED in the campground policy....Not likey that is going to be a deal breaker for me I have never stayed at a campground that didn't allow alcohol is that fairly common ?

My wife and I moved from CA to NC almost a year ago and we never ran across this on the West Coast.

This is very common at state parks. Very unusual at a private RV park.

It is the 1st most broken rule.
I’m thinking no firearms is the second.

Reservations won't begin until Feb 1, 2018. If you plan to join us you must first fill out a preregistration form and email it to Pennie. Look for the form in earlier postings. There are 70 campsites set aside for the rally so there will be plenty of room.

Go here: Forest River Owners Group - The official owner's group of Forest River RV, manufacturer of world-class recreational vehicles. Go to "Membership" first and register to become a FROG if you haven't already done so, it's free. Click on "Events" scroll down about 5 pages and find the event posted. On that site scroll down and lick on "read more" and download the preregistration form and/or put the information in an email and send it to Pennie.

Note: you don't indicate what Forest River RV you have but I will assume you have a Forest River product as rallys are closed to owners only. You may want to add that information in your signature for further postings.

Pennie will probably see it here, it may not be immediate since her husband is dealing with some medical issues (not serious I hope) and she may need your email address also, you can send her a private message to keep that out of the public.

Thank you everyone for helping out here. I have been out of pocket for the last week. Chuck had two back surgeries this week (both planned) he is doing better, he got to come home last night, he did get some rest last night.

Yvonne Thornton, I did get your email. You might want to take your address here.
