Canadian Maritimes

Hi Mike, Yvonne and others,
We know you had the Maritime tour for 18 days in Aug 2018.
We are looking to do one on our own. I did read thru your itinerary. How did you go about coming up with that Itinerary and can you offer any suggestions or changes you would make?

We are working on retirement but not there yet but we could do 18 days.
Thoughts???
Thank you.

Good morning, Jeanne and Rich.

Yvonne and I made a trip to the Maritimes with another couple in 2016, and the 2018 itinerary was developed largely from that experience, with a few "tweeks". For example, in 2016, we stayed at the Prince Edward Island National Park. I would have liked to do that with our FROG trip, but was not able to secure 25 sites in the park, so we stayed in a commercial campground on PEI. Other than that, I think we had a great trip with our group, and wouldn't change it very much.

By the way, FROG is planning another trip to the Maritimes in the future. You might want to reach out to Bob at frog@forestriverinc.com for additional details. I don't think it will be summer/fall of 2020, so you may well be retired and ready to go by the time it is scheduled.

That is a beautiful part of the world, so whatever you do, however you travel there, enjoy!

Mike and Yvonne

Did you read Capt. Mike’s post?
Probably not in 2020 anyway, but it’s a terrific adventure.
