Its a state park with a beach. Its open to daytime visitors who are not camping, who are supposed to leave at night. The numbers may have been embelished, it was peaceful and quiet the 4 days that we were there for the "no-rallye". Even when we were all at Camerons campfire, it was quiet. (we all wore masks and were 6' min apart) right, Of course at our age, quiet if a relative number. Great time, should have been there.

We have 18 previously booked individuals that had reservations this year that changed their reservation to next year. Some of the few that kept their reservation and was there this last weekend have not. I know Cameron may not reserve until he figures out if he is going to be an SOB. The other few maybe will reserve a spot now since they have been there and enjoyed the park. It got a great new Dump station what more of an attraction do you need. Just need some popcorn and some chairs and have a party “RV” the movie reference. I’m glad to hear the people who visited had a good visit.

Headed home, it was nice to see people from previous years and to meet new ones. Thanks Cameron for the fires to chat around. The new dump station is great. Looking forward to seeing everyone next year.

I'm going to sign up for next year. Glad we had a turd cart to empty tanks, seems like grey tank filled up daily. And if you swim in pond, you will DEFINITELY want a shower afterwards, and was glad I did not have to use bath house. Wife not thrilled with no sewer and water, guess she got tired of helping me dump countless 5g containers of water in side of trailer. Oh well. Good time overall, glad I got to meet and re-meet you all!

We’re the bath houses not clean or just not your preference?

There are better and there are worse. My wife uses the bath house there. She is particular, but it does not have to be the ritz. It’s based off your preference. We normally can go the whole weekend on our tanks. If she wants long shower she goes to bath house.

It's the whole COVID thing for me. I don't step foot in small public places these days. Especially with shower steam droplets in the air.

My hubby had worked in NYC for years. At that time we lived in PA he had been taking train trips in early Tuesday mornings returning at night for months. He had stopped that just 3 weeks before. Lots of clients and accounts in the towers. He was in DC. We lived on the Philly side in Schwenksville PA. So glad his New York trips had stopped

Sad day

Thanks for the images, I was working in a hospital in northern New York that day. All the physicians on staff discharged patients as fast as possible. We were scheduled to receive patients from hospitals with trauma centers to free up their beds. Sadly there never was a need for the beds. One of the nurses I worked with was lucky because her son survived the attacks she spent several hours waiting to hear from him that day. Another nurse swore that day that he would never celebrate his birthday again, and he has kept that promise.
