Yes a short 10 minute drive from home. Right now there are 2 there you might remember from the Brass Ring Rally, Buskirk and Dalspot, you will probably recognize them when you see them, they are both there until Friday. We will try to drop in to see you plus we know a GREAT ice cream spot not far from the campground.

I think they are in site 6 & 8, a Coachman Chaparral and a Cedar Creek both on the left just after you make the right after the check in booth

The ice cream place is called Somerset Farms owned by friends of ours but is only open Thursday- Sunday, 3-9. Right out of campground then left at turn for the Veterans Cemetery, pass Cemetery to the next right, Frazer Rd. at next intersection ice cream stand on left.

Well, it looks like COVID is filling up the campground for next year early.

If someone has reserved a site for next year and has not contacted me yet let me know.

The following sites have been reserved according to reserve America, but I have not been informed from any FROGs that they reserved those sites for 2021.

91,94,96,100,101,109,124,125,129,130,131,132,134,1 35,149.

I am really hoping that by July 2021 this COVID crap will be history. We are currently sitting at 20/21 sites registered (transferred from 2020)

That would average to a group of 40 and hopefully be under any group restriction if this COVID is still an issue. We will cross that bridge when we get there.

Hope everyone is staying safe and bracing for the winter.

It’s sad my RV has not moved/been used, since August 29, 2019. It’s lonely

Other than losing 30 days of my September Canada adventures, I've been fortunate once May hit that I still can get out for 2-3 weeks a month, mostly in WV, MD, DE and TN. Still have 3 weeks booked until the end of the year.

We have one more weekend we go to Gettysburg early Nov. Our Berk is is getting some touch up paint her drivers side mirror was recently replaced, sun damage to the part above the windshield. She’s in getting spiffed up now. Hopefully all the dates and plans won’t get wiped out this year. Wrights site 93!

it’s not a normal year, with the reschedule/transfer from 2020 to 2021. So things are not as they normally are.

Last one of the year will be Halloween weekend. Not a bad year for camping in the trailer despite the plague/pestilence and my body catching up with the years of abuse I've heaped upon it. Did 10 nights in NY/PA, 12 nights in NC on OBX, 4 nights in DE, and finally will be doing 3 nights in NJ to wrap it up. 29 nights away, that is a record for us.

I do miss socializing more closely, but as us Chenango stalwarts discovered this year, a wide circle around the fire still works, at least with our reduced group size.

Yes, multiple factors played into not taking out camper. Chenango was going to be our first outing then COVID, so decision was made to not camp this season. Hoping for next season and trip out west

Here in NJ, they are still only renting every other RV spot, which is cool because you don't have anyone too close to you. Not so cool trying to make reservations, because they are only booking half the available sites.
