Managed to down a punch bowl at lunch, Shields Tavern. Having a great time on our first FROG Rally. Great bunch of people, the reason we got into doing this whole RV thing.

Wish I was there. We're in Williamsburg, but without the rig. Staying in Wyndham Kingsgate Resort.

Nice to see some pics of the happenings of the rally. This is what draws folks to the rallys when they see what takes place. Later RJD

We had a GREAT time ! Many thanks to Nancy and Scott awesome job!

Met a lot of great people cant wait to do it again.

We are back at home after a very pleasant 6 hr ride ,no traffic . The Bay bridge westbound was backed up for miles but no problems eastbound.

We arrived at our next destination here at the Outer Banks of North Carolina by mid afternoon. The water feels great.

Scott and Nancy OR Nancy and Scott were fantastic, they did a superb job of hosting, organizing and feeding the FROGS here at American Heritage RV Park.
The tour of Colonial Williamsburg along with the info packets and other activities, restaurants and tourist points were first rate.

Excellent job guys. It was a great time.

Had a great time at the rally. Nice seeing friends new and old.

Trip up to DC was a lot less enjoyable. I've decided many Virginia drivers have a death wish! Add to that 2 separate accidents. First one was supposedly closing the right lane, by the time we got to where it happened, they had towed the vehicles away. Went another 2 miles and got into another 5 mile backup. This one it looked like a car engine caught fire. Had a brief look at it as we went by... But we made it to Bull Run Regional Campground. Clerk at the desk sent us in to our pull thru site heading in the wrong direction. Backed into another site to turn around. This morning at 7AM, the paving crew showed up. They put new asphault down the road we are on - new stuff was down and rolled before we headed out to do some sight seeing....

We've had a wonderful time thanks to Nancy and Scott.
Decided to stay a couple extra days to visit family in the area and head home to Idaho next week.
Met some new FROG friends and hope to make contact again.
Hear good things about next year.....

Made it home! 6 hours and 40 min drive via 95. So glad we didn't head down that way!!! Southbound was at a standstill for many many miles due to construction. Stopped for gas 15 min, so really a 6 hour 25 min drive. All set to warm up some leftover BBQ after unpacking.
