Anytime would be fine for us CampingGator. The only thing that would hinder us is if we already have something else planned. Good idea & thanks for the effort; hope it all works out.

I'm booked the last 2 weeks of august, the 3rd week in Sept, and the end of Oct - but we're available for a 3 (or 4) day weekend other than that!

Indiana here. we attended the FROG rally in Charleston three years ago. Then went to Sun&Fun FL Rally near Sarasota. It was weekend before Thanksgiving, we were given a nice rate so we stayed at Sun & Fun longer. Nice pools.

I will try to book for the first weekend in November, if that works for everyone. It should be cooler then. We have Williston Crossing RV Resort in Williston. It is homecoming weekend for the University of Florida, so those interested might be able to get tickets, if they want. There are a few museums at UF that are nice to visit and several rivers to canoe in. I am just trying to get a little closer to home because this is the first time I will have scheduled something like this, if that is ok with everyone. We can branch out a little more for subsequent rallies.

That seems to be a good date. Williston is a very nice park. Some attractions short drive from there, besides that little football team down at Gainsville. We should be back in Jacksonville in October and can do some leg work for you, will contact you when I have a firm date for your tasking.

First part of Dec and we will try to make it. We are there the weekend of Thanksgiving or before and stay until usually the last of Feb or 1st of Mar.

Just looking at web-site for Wiiliston Crossing-NICE. We usually stay @ state parks, but you could probably twist my arm & make me suffer a few days here.

Anytime after October 15th at Williston Crossing is out because the snow birds start coming down. I will see if we can schedule for three nights - Thursday, September 17th, Friday, 18th, Saturday, 19th, and leaving on Sunday the 20th. I have been playing phone tag with the schedular, but we are camping there tonight and tomorrow night. I am hoping I can meet with her tomorrow. I will let you all know just as soon as I get it buttoned down. I am trying my best to accommodate everyone's schedules.
