Being from Upstate New York this sounds great. We hope your plan comes together. We would love to attend.

Considering I'm new around here and I've never done anything like this before... this event would need all the help it could get =)

Drummer boy says they have a block of about 40 sites for the weekend of Jun 24-26th but given the time of year they wouldn't be willing to discount anything and they wouldn't waive or discount any pavilion fees either.

Would be interested in attending. We wanted to make our way out this past summer but never got there.... Kiddos have been bugging to go. Please keep us in the loop with the plans for this get together...

Have you decided on a date yet? June 24 weekend is the bike rally in Johnstown Pa. I would not be able to attend then. June 19th is Father's Day, I'm ok with that but some others may not. I usually book my next seasons camping trips by end of October especially the trips around the holidays since I do state parks and they fill up quick.

Frog Bob mentioned that there was a Frog mini rally in 2014 and it was held at Artillery Ridge. So I called them and they said they don't open their reservation book on 2016 until January.

At this point I'm going to say we'll shoot for Artillery Ridge on June 24-26, this will however be subject to change based on their availability when I call Jan 4th.

Sorry, We'll see if anything changes come January when I can actually make a reservation.

I'm thinking a block of 30 maybe 40 sites? So far only 16 yes and 9 maybe votes.

Yeah let me know I just already hide bike rally on my list for next year. That one and Ocean City in September. It's sad the season is almost over. Was trying to find someplace warm for January but don't want to drive all the way to Florida to get out of the cold. Retirement is not around the corner

Count us out unless you go back to the earlier weekend in June, I know it is only one week but big trip out west next year so every week counts,

I don't see a way to edit / change the poll to vote on dates... should I start a new poll to vote on dates? Put up like 2 dates in June and 1 or 2 dates in July?

No matter what date gets picked its not ever going to work for everyone but I'm flexible I can do most any dates except the weekend of the 4th.

Agreed, but around here a war us building between the warlocks, pagans and wheels of soul. Getting ugly with large brawls and shootings.
