The difference remaining between your 131 and my 130 comes down to including "today" or not. You are and therefore get 131. I'm not and therefore get 130.

For instance, take 7 - 3 = 4, but really there are 5 numbers in the set (3, 4, 5, 6, 7).

Thanks for inadvertently pointing out a bug in my calendar calculator.
BUT, you can't count the day of the rally, you both said TIL the rally, so it should be 130.

I would count the first day of rally cause it doesn't start till I get there "officially"

Remember "police" escort "marching" bands "security" "welcoming" committee.

I'm sure BOB has this all arranged by now.

I took my paper pocket calendar and started at 8/4/2013 and enter # 1 and then back counted each day and added a # all the way back to where I started the Count Down to the Rally. That is where I come up with the #s that I quote on the forum. It is close.

What was the song that had the words "Does Anyone Know What Time it is"

How about if we just wait 'til I have everything ready and I'll call everyone? Stay close to the phone.

Amazingly, it's called "Does Anybody Really Know What Time It Is?" by Chicago.

I'm sort of partial to the Jimmy Buffett song, "Breathe In, Breathe Out, Move On." The first verse is:

I bought a cheap watch from a crazy man
Floating down Canal
It doesn't use numbers or moving hands
It always just says now.
Now you may be thinking that I was had
But this watch is never wrong
And If I have trouble the warranty said
Breathe In, Breathe Out, Move On.

We're still working on security. The local sheriff is scouting around nearby counties for reinforcements. The marching band will be starting kazoo practice around May 1. As for the welcoming committee, they have the tar ready, but they tell me that feathers have become very expensive. Apparently, down is up.

We'll bring the feathers, just have to pick them up from our yard. The d--- poultry trucks going up and down 601 are notorious for spreading them from Concord to ???

Yes, Bob, we need a weekly head count. Please? Might even make you another $1 bird and the $1 ring. Had a class on making the rings in FL.

Hi phrogs

Hi to everyone....just time for a quickie. I won't be chatting much in the next few weeks---too much to do! Starting friday, have a deck to take down, move and rebuild, a patio and firepit to move and rebuild, a shed to move and repack, etc. etc. Plus, finals coming in a few weeks for school.
Phew! I'm overwhelmed! I'll post some pics of our progress and stop in now and then to say hi. Will miss hanging out doin' nothing, but time to get to work...It's Spring! Well, at least by the calendar. p.s. I also want to say thanks for all the laughs and look forward to hopefully meeting you at Goshen. If not this year, the next for sure. Will know soon.

Wow - I'm tired just reading what you guys have to do. And if I read your profile correctly, you have your own business to run. Where do you get all the time?

Thanks B. I know. Well, I only work three days a week and my husband has been running his and his dad's shop for over 20 years. It's primarily why we're seasonal. My DH doesn't take many days off in a year and rarely a whole week. Our camping place is only 45 minutes from his work, so it's getting recreation and "vacation" in a way we can fit it in. Moving campsites isn't yearly, but we got an opportunity to have a bigger, better site with expansive view of woods, a farm and natural pond.
Cheers, y'all.
