Bill, someone from your unit's plant will contact you to discuss the issues and make sure that we fully understand what you need.
After you arrive in Goshen, we'll ask that you stop by the service center starting on Monday to complete an OPTIONAL authorization for a service tech to enter the unit if you're not there. Otherwise, if you're not there, the tech will leave a card letting you know he or she was there and will be back.
We'll also be sending a list of early arrivals to the service center, and some of the divisions will have techs available to knock out some of the requests prior to the start of the rally.
