Group exercise at the Goshen Rally - Anyone Interested?

Hi Ladies,
Is anyone interested in doing a daily exercise video together while we are at the Rally? If there's enough interest we can schedule a room with a TV for each morning.

I'm not asking for a committment now, I'm just wondering if anyone else is interested? I can promise the videos won't be a 20 year old jumping around; those days are long gone! All ladies are welcome regardless of your exercise level - it will be a no judgment zone!

Thanks,
Trudy (NanaB)

Great idea!
How about a dog and owner walk in the morning around the fairgrounds.
This way even the dogs get exercised.
We can call it the morning FROG pack walk.
I'm ready!

I am so not a morning person. I don't usually emerge from the trailer much before lunch except for taking the dog out but he won't be with us this trip. I usually do my martial arts and kick boxing classes at night. Yoga anybody?

Both of those are great ideas. Let's see if there's any interest in any of these healthy ideas. Doesn't seem to be yet!

I am 98% out of shape, bad back, bad knees, bad feet. Most exercises are to much for me. Walking does sound good, the fur babies need the walks also.

We had an exercise class every evening last year at Goshen. Mostly Jaw Flapping and 12oz curls, though.

I can do the 12 ounce curls and maybe even a 40 ounce curl followed by a mountain climber crawl back to the camper and maybe even some stomach wretching exercises if I curl enough 40's.

Thumbs up Exercise options

I would be interested in any group exercise activities. I have some yoga DVDs I can bring. I also am not always an early morning person, preferring 10:00 ish, but I'm sure my dog would like the early morning walk.

The Phat PHrogs were always up by 8:00 at Goshen, even though the hardy ones stayed up and were out and about until 3-4:00am on some nights! 😜. Not mentioning any names though.

Turbs, I don't even want to know how you think you might get your hands on a golf cart!

Seriously, though, we can make space available in the main building or in one of several covered pavilions around the fairgrounds. There are lots of places for walking the "furkids," we just ask that you clean up as you always would.

By the way, for bicyclists, there's an entrance to the Pumpkinvine Trail almost directly across the street from the fairgrounds. It's a paved trail that runs about 12 miles up to Middlebury, cuts through the Dairy Queen parking lot ( ), then goes about another 8 miles over to Shipshewana. There's room to get around the fairgrounds on a bike as well if you'd like to do that.

Any one else interested? We have about 5-6 folks so far and others are interested in touring the grounds with their dogs.

How about if we come up with a cute "Fitness FROG" T-Shirt? Any graphic designers out there?

I'm anxious to see if anyone else is interested! Let me know so we can reserve the right sized room and equipment.
Thanks!

If you do it in the morning you may need to lead me by my coffee to go work out.
