In, or around, Round Rock Texas

My wife and I recently purchased a 2008 Forest River Lexington 255 gts MH, and are wanting to do some short checkout camping trips (one or two day). Is there anyone within the Austin area planning to go on a camping trip any time soon, and would like company.

Not close but sure do miss Round Rock. We left there in 89. I imagine its changed a little.
Good luck with the new MH.

It has CHANGED a LOT

We now have 5 high school schools, and a ton of traffic. We also have a minor league baseball team and a large baseball park. Although, even with all of that, it's still a nice place to live.

I guess I'll have to come and see the new RR. 5 HS is hard to imagine. We loved the nice small home town feel of it in the 80's and I worked in Austin. That was back when the traffic wasn't as bad well it was but you could grab a couple if beers for the ride north on 35. The changed the law just before we moved. Texas is a great place to live. If I ever get to winter someplace it will most likely be south Texas.
