Kim I just saw this about buying a fishing license for the creek, below is a link for buying online, it's the main site but will lead you to what you need. There are different choices so not sure what you will need but did see a senior rate....you know for Fred

OhamaGirl: We are at our summer camp ground for the NY. Rally. On your way back from NY, you should come to Drift Stone camp ground. We park for the two months.

We are making our way up to the rally thru NH to visit some friends and family. So a stop on the way back may not be possible with Fred’s work schedule

On one hand, I can't wait to to have the time to do something like that. On the other, it will mean that I'm old. I CAN wait for that! Thinking of bumming around the Finger Lakes a couple days before or after Chenango.

Nice. Looking forward to attending, and seeing you in a different capacity then “the parking God” did you bring your golf cart from Goshen to ride around?

Probably the cart but at least with the Smart we have a/c and can stay dry if it rains

You might check with the campground office. They sell a lot of fishing gear and they might sell them. We stay there Labor Day weekend and do the park. Good Luck

https://www.fishandboat.com/Fish/Fis...se-pricing.pdf

Fishing license prices this year for PA. Looks like $26.90 for up to 3 days of tourist fishing. If you're a resident, a couple bucks less for a full year license.

You can get your license online and print it out at home.

This is the info I just received from the campground so just reposting it for all to know as I asked just to be sure. Also note from NJKris about obtaining online as well.

"The Lake is catch and release, no license required, if you are over 16 you must come get a free pass from the store. The creek anyone over 16 is required to have a license because you can keep what you catch. We do not sell fishing licenses, the closest location is Walmart in Bloomsburg about 8 miles away."

We are trying to arrange a dinner on Thursday evening at the Nickle Plate Grill located at the golf course. Right now it looks like around $20 a person ( your cost ) which would include a buffet dinner with soft drinks, ( cash bar available ) tax & gratuity. Still working on a menu will post later when they get back to us. Just trying to get a idea of haw many might be interested in something like this. Also not sure on a exact time yet but will try for maybe 5pm
