Palms, you are probably not going the same direction as we are on the West coast and going up I-75 but we are making 2 days out of it and spending the first night at the KOA in Forsythe Ga. We are arriving at the Peach Frog rally a day early.

If you are using i-75n
There is a county RV park on I-475 around Macon, Ga exit # 5 . It is
Tobesofkee Recreation Area Claystone Full hook up $22-$27 Per night.
478-474-8770. I plan on taking Us 129 from Macon to US 441 North to
state road 115 to Clevland, GA, state road 75n to Helen.
This route will keep you out of the Atlanta traffic.

Well... Originally we thought we'd go up I-95 so that we could go by Brunswick, GA where one of our all-time favorite restaurants (Bubba's Crab Shack) is really close by a great campground we've stayed at twice (Coastal Ga. RV Park) and make that our first stop on June 6th. so we could comfortably arrive at Yohan on the afternoon of the 7th. Then... After the great comments we decided to google map it and found we could also do the turnpike and hit 75 north, saving over an hour of driving, which is very attractive. Besides, it would take us where we haven't been yet. So will try to find a camp ground some 300 miles on the way for the first stop instead. The Forsyth, GA one would be a long haul at about 500 miles and the one at Tobesofkee a little further away. I think we'll be looking for something around Valdosta to stop the first night and try to go to Yohan by the second night. We're really looking forward to this furthest of all our travels since we began last December!!!!

I agree best not to push, take the easy drive. If your there the 7th, I don't remember if I have you down for dinner on the 7th. We now have 23 people your welcome to join the fun.If you didn't let me know yet...

Have you just registered today? I do not think Bob is doing it this year, some one else may be doing it. Sure there will be more to come.
