Sites will be $30 per night plus tax for 30amp
$37 per night plus tax for 50amp

Registration opens November the 1st 2016 at 10:30am EST and closes on February 14, 2017 (or sooner if our limit is met) For folks out West better set your alarms ahead. When calling make sure to mention Frog rally. (DO NOT TRY TO CALL PRIOR TO NOVEMBER 1ST) Also make sure to tell them if you need 30 or 50 amp hook up. No adapters will be allowed on power hook ups. All sites will be full hook ups. They have 21 50amp and 19 30amp. ( more 30 if all 50 amp do not fill.)

The rally will be limited to 40 rigs so when registration opens better be quick. We will have a block of sites and so most of us should be together. Also, when you register, you will not be assigned a site until you arrive.

We will have a large pavilion to use plus if weather should change we have access to enclosed club house. WIFI is located in the club house for your use. There is also nice play ground for kids and pool. Adult games are also available.

As time goes I will be updating this thread with list of activities we will have. Also my next post here is an additional requirement for preregistration. Looking forward to meeting all. Later RJD

Additional info for rally.
Pre registration form

In order to speed up the registration process we are requesting you fill out the form you'll find in a link at the end of this post.

The form will request all the information the campground will need to get you registered. If you fill out the form then when you give the campground your name the only extra information they will need is your credit card information to hold your registration.

If by chance all 40 slots have been taken by the time you call in then the info on this form will be used to establish a "standby" list. Your position on the standby list will be determined by the order in which you called in to make your reservation. Whenever someone finds they will not be able to attend then you will be notified of the vacancy via email with instructions to call the campground direct to complete the process.

FYI, info on this form is only going to be used to speed up the registration process and will not be distributed to anyone except the campground.

Also, since we are thrifty the site that is hosting the form is free but only allows us to have a limited number of forms submitted at one time. When you fill out the form then it will be removed from the website as soon as possible (the info is saved on my local computer). So, if you get an error message when accessing the website just come back again in a little while and it should work.

Please remember that filling out the form is only a pre-registration. It does not mean you have formally registered...that will only happen when you call the campground. You can access the form website via any desktop or notebook computer, an iPad or other tablet, or an iPhone/Android device.

You can fill this out anytime from now till time actual registration opens.
There is info on there that I will need so I can order shirts and if you want to attend a RV seminar. More on this later.

RJD, you stated no power adapters allowed. Does this mean if you are a 50 amp unit and the 50 amps sites are filled you are out? Have had to use a 50/30!amp adapter on a couple of occasions, just lose the second air. This rule would kill The Goshen rally!

Yes that is correct. They have had issues with folks and had a couple burned up pedestals. So that is the reason for there rule. Later RJD
