I've made reservations at Sherwood Forest RV Resort in Kissimmee for January 19-25, the week following the Tampa RV Show. Six nights of FHU camping, and I'm currently making arrangements for several catered meals. We won't be including tours or theme park tickets, so that we can keep the price down and not make people feel as if they have to go to those. I'm looking at including the dinner show at Medieval Times either as an event for the entire group or as an option.

We have 25 sites confirmed and another 25 on hold. Details should be posted by the end of next week and posted both in the next newsletter and on the FRF as well as on the FROG website.

Cheryl and I will be setting up our campsite on the 7th of Janaury at Capernaum over close to Lake Wales. Sure would love to meet up with our fellow forgers at this time. We plan on staying until late Feb or early March, so give us a call here on the forum//

We will be staying in Lake Louisa SP, which is nearby during this timeframe; made our reservations last April, before the rally. If it would be okay, maybe we will stop in one evening and say HI!

We have reservations for Jan and Feb at an Rv park close by in Lake Wales...should be loads of fun getting everyone together..

Wondering if there are any arrangements for a weekend only visit? We would like to come Friday evening. Please advise.

Several people who are staying nearby (and even one who's spending the winter at Sherwood Forest, where we'll be) have asked about coming to the Kissimmee event just for the meals and activities.

If you want to do that, please send in a registration with the just the "extra person" charge for as many of you as will be there, and put a note on the form that you don't need a campsite. Add in the optional Medieval Times dinner/show if you want to do that.

If you just want to come by for a visit, we'd love to see you.

Do you have an events calendar for this Rally, or if not can you point me in the direction where I can get one? Some of the visiting FROG's are trying to schedule a visit that doesn't mess up planned events.
