Savannah is a easy drive from here in Central Alabama. We always travel to a new place over Thanksgiving and camping with FROGS is always more fun. Count us in for Thanksgiving 2020.

Add me to the list for Thanksgiving 2020! Stayed there several times before, the last at New Years. Saw staff from there at the Atlanta Show last weekend. They have started digging the new pool/lazy river area, and as I understood it, have laid the plumbing and maybe electrical for the new sites. They are doing "soft" openings at the restaurant by the lake; they have a system now that when you check in they get your cellphone number to send out updates/changes such as restaurant hours. Stayed down by the lake, but on one of the back-in sites.

Those that are interested, we are looking at arriving on the Tuesday before Thanksgiving and leaving on the Saturday after. I should hear back from the campground today as to the availability of the block of sites we are requesting and a date/time for everybody to contact Creekfire. Be sure to provide email information to Aceinsp as requested in post 25 so we can create a contact list.

Here is the information on the mini-rally. They don't normally hold sites unless there are 10 or more people but they will hold the ones listed until Monday February 3rd. At this time I think we have 6 rigs.

Creekfire is currently holding a few sites close together for us. They are all very long concrete pull thru sites. Some of us have sites 39 and 40 plus 28 and 29 which are directly across on the next row. Sites 45 and 46 which are on the same row as 39 and 40 but at the other end are still available and if we get more people in time we can also get 26, 27, 30 and 31. We may also be able to get 69 and 70 which are at the end and are back in sites.

The cost for 4 nights will be $271.80 and will require a 50% deposit when you call to make your reservation. This price includes a Good Sam or Military Discount. If you need to cancel and do so prior to 48 hours of your arrival date you will get your deposit back less a $10 fee.

To make your reservation, call (912) 897-2855. You can select option #1 and ask for Lisa in rally events. Be sure to tell them you are with the FROG mini rally with Bill Duff. I have included a map of the campground.

I got home late and just saw this. Made a phone call but they were closed so I left a message, hoping to get 45 or 46. Hopefully they return the call with favorable results. Thanks for your efforts in arranging this.

We got our reservations confirmed today. Site # 45. We will arrive on Tuesday and depart on Saturday. Looking forward to it !!!
