Whittington CG is holding site 2 for us. However, if no one wants to move to site 2, and we cannot get another FROG to attend, then I will need to tell the CG they can have the site for another camper.
If I do not hear anything from you folks I will call the CG this Saturday and let them have the site.

Tom, we are currently in site 1 and can move to site 2 if that helps tighten it up. Only question is the tree no being an issue for a slide room on the drivers side.

Mark, perhaps Rob (SilhouettePenny) can give you a good answer as he was there and did a good surgery of the sites. Matters not to me which site you take, just let me know, thanks.

Rest assured, trees are not a problem on sites 1-5. This is the only area in the campground with no tree/slide out issues.

Thanks Rob. Tom, go ahead and move us to site 2. That will keep the group together. Also as a reminder that Whittington Woods Campground place a fee on credit card use, so check or cash works.

Good. I’ll call the CG and move you to site 2, and tell them we do not need site 1.

All done. Just spoke with the CG. You are moved and site 1 is available to the public.

We plan to arrive next Wednesday afternoon. Looking forward to seeing the FROG gang.

Useless news you can use if you choose.....on a recent trip out west our electric fireplace conked out. Thankfully a quick look at the forecast for next week indicates that we may not need it to survive the stay at Whittington Woods. Which one of you goofballs used a crystal ball to find the absolute hottest week of the summer to get together at a function with no pool? Can I just blame the Democrats for this! Oh yea one other thing...what ever happened to the murder hornets?

Check post #224. RJ said he likes it hot, so all the blame is on him.

I don't believe any weatherman, so we're bringing fleece jackets, sweats, and mittens!

Are there going to be any potluck meals while we're at the Rally? Just trying to figure out if I need to pack up the local Kroger's or just bring Hot Dogs and Spam![emoji482][emoji854]

Saturday evening we plan to have a pot luck. I will do ice cream as a dessert. I suspect that most evenings we’ll gather at meal time, but maybe not. No rules. Nothing formal, just do what feels good and have a good time.
