Waiting for the International Space Station to fly over both Thursday and Saturday evening just after dark. Wow, those guys were really moving, even passing low flying commercial airliners. I'll bet the Illinois State Police will be waiting next time they try that crap!

We made it home around 4PM this afternoon. Many thanks to Tom and Renee for allowing Donna and I to be part of this year's Mini-Rally. We had a great time meeting and socializing with everyone. Heck, we even bought a couple of bottles of wine from the Pheasant Hollow Winery. That's a significant event given the last time we bought any wine, it came in a "Box" with a plastic spout! 
Already looking forward to next year.

Because Illinois had I-255 closed for "construction" (with 'construction' in Illinois being defined as "moving the orange barrels around from time to time") , I had to go thru inner-city St. Louis. I had a blow-out going over the River Des Peres bridge. Being St. Louis, I can only assume my tire was hit by stray gunfire.

If by 'stray gunfire' you mean a 40mm M203 Grenade Launcher then I'd say yes. But that tire damage looks more like a direct hit on an Antifa upper torso....good aim sir !

I keep hearing about these trains, but have never seen them. Beginning to wonder if they actually exist. Perhaps this year...
