Yeah we are thinking the same thing Brian. Retirement is 2 years away and we are also thinking about 'upgrading' to a Cardinal - which under no circumstances can be pulled by a EcoBeast :roll eyes: ) A couple of folks in our Good Sam's club have the big box Cummings dually and MAN does it ride nice and smooth. Like you they average 15 pulling and 19 touring around! A guy at the dodge dealer said if you properly tune your truck and add some aftermarket exhaust and intake bolt-ons you can get 19 towing mmmm Maybe

The two of us have volunteered for the rally. Plan on leaving Nashville on Sunday and overnighting south of Indy. Heard from buddy, roads on I65 about 30 miles south of Indy going North are a bear, road resurfacing still going on. 30 minute plus delay depending which way crew is working. Last I heard from Papa Frog volunteers need to be on site Monday pm for start of orientation on Tuesday am.

I thought Bob was to let people know last week, I haven't heard anything yet, or maybe he decided he didn't need my help. Been camping in Luray Va. This week found this at the Caverns shop and just had to buy it.

Does this mean staying in Nashville over night or Convoy somewhere with the Diesel Trucks leading the way and Gasser's falling behind? Unless you have the Dodge by then. We can see whose pin box falls off first...

We will JUST miss having the Beaster -- there is a chance but it looks like delivery from the factory is early August - Darn it!

We are going to stay the night at S&H Campground right outside of Indianapolis - it splits the drive nicely - 3 hours from Nashville & 2 Hours to Goshen - if you are Passport America, Military or Good Sam you can get a discounted rate:

S and H Campground, site designed by List Marketing Consulting and Design

Ddblr is camping with us -- any other takers?!

So no Ram Cummins vs the Superior HP/Torque of the PowerStroke showdown? (Opening can of worms)

We will stay and book this camp as well. If dbler fits my rig will.

Don't open that can of worms, everyone knows Ford is the best and wasn't bailed out. I'm planning on leaving Sunday and staying at I think it's called Heavenly Paradise KOA, just outside of indy and 185 miles from Goshen. Should be there Monday early afternoon....

Nashville to Goshen

Now I'll not be in Nashville or Goshen. But my take is the Ford group not need to leave Nashville before noon Monday--- they still get to Goshen before the bow ties & rams that left couple days earlier.

Now as earlier stated I for sure not trying to get a manufacturing preference started!!
