That is the "Official" Start of the Rally ... All are welcome to arrive early if they like AND the Campground will extend the rally rate to all who do arrive early.
Staying late is a bit problematic because the City of Gadsden has an event planned for Columbus Day. If you are allowed to stay late, the same FROG rate will be extended to you!
