Question for FROG Bob about payment for rally
For Bob or someone in the rally office;
When we registered we also payed and we have the auto-receipt. When I checked the bank statement on-line after the auto-pay receipt was emailed it had the charge pending.
Today when I checked the statement this morning there was no pending and the amount had not been deducted from this account. Will the charge be rebilled or because of so many people registering and paying did the system get jammed?
Thank you for addressing this.
Dave

Dave, we have the system set up so that we don't actually charge your account when you place the order, but simple get an authorization or reserve to charge.
I'll go through each order to make sure that it looks okay and then start actually taking the charges, probably later today. The reason that we do this is so that if someone accidentally does something like order 2 sites, thinking that an RV and 2 adults is 2 orders (one for each person) we don't end up with double charges, tie up someone's money, and have to issue refunds.
You'll see the actual charge hit your account in the next couple of days.

Two Confirmations.....
Hello Bob:
Apparently I have two confirmation numbers. #1600 and #1569. I only need one confirmation. I think Herk's Limoncello already went to my head. Any help so I am not charged twice would be appreciated.

One may be your paid tour.........I got that separate "order shipped" confirmation a bit ago......making two confirmation emails, one for Rally, one for the Tour we signed up for.

Duh......
I didn't think of that. We did sign up for a tour. One of these days I will get the hang of this computer. Thanks for your reply.

MustardSeed, BandJCarm is exactly right. Order #1569 is the one where you registered for a site for two adults in an RV. #1600 is where you went back and added Tour #4 for two people.
But those kinds of issues are the very reason that I go through the orders manually. About twenty minutes ago I found a duplicate where someone had registered for a site and for a tour for two people, and later entered an identical order. I have a call in to let that person know that we'll be deleting one of them without charging his card unless that's what he intended to do.

Bob, Your the Best!
Thank you Bob.....I don't know what we would do without you or Miss Cindy.....I'll try to lay off the Limoncello, NOT Every since Herk shared the recipe I've been hooked. His recipe brings back fond memories of Positano .
Again, my sincere thanks.
