Bob, you need to check with the Scott County Sheriff in Iowa, they've got the suspect under surveillance already. They have had him under surveillance for years.
Elkhart County Sheriff probably has a lock on him also along with the Goshen PD.

I thought Turbs never left. He made sure everyone got out safe & was not over loaded with liquids  , then he remained for the early comers this year  . What would BOb do, if Turbs was not there?

Checking in a day early is ok but you need to call the fairgrounds directly for Saturday and pay them separately for that day. They don't collect payment until you show up.

Last year phrog Bob didnt even process my card untill about 3 weeks before the rally.
I was one of the first ten to sign up in January.

Nah, it took that long for it to get approved what with the Scott County sheriff, Goshen City Police and Elkhart County sheriff having to OK his travel.
p.s. I think the Iowa, Illinois and Indiana State Police might also have been consulted.
