Thanks to all of you,
I've got a few chores to do. Such as lose the bed liner in my truck and get it sprayed by Linex. Install and setup the hitch. Then add the slide toppers. It's just money right?
Hope ya like the blue light in the fridge makes everything look yukie Later RJD

2 things..

Very nice camper, cant wait to see it.

And 2... Man, Cheyenne Camping Center really knows how to present a camper in pictures! Not only a ton of them (probably more than you would ever want), but they are very well lit and staged.

Compare this:

to this:

Basically the same camper, but one picture is much more inviting than the other.

Anyway, Congrats on the new camper!

Tim

I told them that twice. It sure made it easy to convince the DW. The best thing is the listed price is the out the door price.

On another note I asked for the second year warranty and I paid for that with my CC. Afterwards I asked the salesman if he heard they were being phased out. He had a shocked look and ran back to check as I was hooked up to go. He came back and said he would get back to me. I said sure if it goes south I will dispute the CC charge or they could reverse it.

He called today and said it would be honored. Lots of confusion about that.
Might be that Iowa is still a good state. If anything changes I'll let you know.

So we left home last Friday, for our shakedown trip to WV with the phat phrogs.... we got an hour and a half away from home, and our truck broke down.....we limped to an empty parking lot, and dropped the camper, so Kenny could take the truck to the Chevy dealer...

That's me, sitting on the steps of my new camper for 7 hours....
Luckily we were near our dealership, so they towed us to their lot, where we could spent the night. Saturday morning Kenny heads back to the dealership, while they continued to work on the truck. Long story short....this was us leaving for WV Saturday afternoon!

I know the heart ache about dying on the road. I over heated the turbo pushing it up a 6% grade @ 95 degrees last fall. This time we sat it out for an hour and it cooled down to reset the electronics.
But now you have everything under warranty for the next few years.

Karen, somehow I never noticed the name of your RV. Sorry, but that a four-letter word around here.

Is that what my shooting buddies call a "double tap"? Or are you just tapped out?
