What is a Tadpole Rally? Is that geared more toward children and grandchildren of Forest River RV owners?

Skipnterri, if you go to the (Rally Zone) in the Forum it is a (Name) placed on a Rally. Most Rallys are geared for (Family) this is One!  Youroo!!

We have to notify the (US Corp of Engineers) when you come to the Tadpole Rally on the banks of the Ohio River!The river pool level seems to (RISE) when Aquaman shows up!  Youroo!!
