2 weeks or 14 days to the rally, talked to the CG yesterday they said the river is down and at normal level they are cleaning the area and it is dry

Sye, down here they call for rain everyday just to cover their butts. Not to mention that they can't forcast this weekend, let 2 weeks from now. I'll let you know how the 3rd looks around noon that day!
