Just an FYI Buckhorn Lake resort still has some site open for the Rally Oct. 5 thru 9th, 2016
Once you get you a site, email Dan and Lori Stenholm
Frogtexas@gmail.com ānd let them know you are attending. Rally fee $15.00 per person

72 units at this point! They may give us a few more spots, and little bit closer to the rally, if they r not getting there own spaces full.

Ok, you said, the was a good response on Dutch oven demo. I am in planning stages if demo.
For example:
intro to tools and ovens
Calculate amt. Of coals.
Cleaning of oven
Re Season of oven
Doing a dessert that we can eat after cooked.
It will take about 45 to cook plus prep time.

Facebook is the "Texas frog roundup" we had to do a new one because I had messed it up.🙄

Just talked with BLR, today they are going to add 2 from the waiting list, then no more. I had been promised 70-75 but they gave us only 65 so we should end up with 67 units. I think a lot has to do with folks who stay longer, they r putting them in first. Not happy!

Know it's been a lot of work for you but remember the end result is Having Fun! Maybe next year we will try and make it.

I just hate having a waiting list! After 4 years of doing this, we better have fun, cause it's a lot of Work! When the rally starts, it's out of our hands, and we have fun! We would be so excited for you to make it down here!

Why sure I will help out. Everyone that is coming should volunteer for something. Is the volunteer list posted yet?
All kinds of ideas
Food Preparation
Table setup
Cleanup
Make coffee in the morning
Group photographer
Door prize donations
We will have some good friends of our from Arizona attending this year. Greg and Yoon (last name withheld to protect the innocent) 
I will see them on our next local outing and debrief them.
