5th Annual Gettysburg FROG Rally will be held
July 21-24, 2022
Hello fellow FROGs!
Not to be discouraged by having to cancel this event not just once, but twice, we all know the third time is the charm. We are ecstatic to announce that we will again be hosting the Gettysburg Rally this coming July with the support of our amazing FROG Team.
Detailed information on the rally including our tours, events and pricing will be available via the FROG website starting March 25th. Watch for the EventBee event link to be posted on the official Forest River Owners Group website at www.forestriverfrog.com.
Please be advised that this event for previous years has sold out very quickly. Review the details of the event before registration opens and feel free to contact us with questions.
Registration will be opening on April 1st, 2022, at 12:00 noon EST SHARP! There will be a total of 50 sites available.
We have another incredible rally in the works! Hope you can join us!

So happy to see this rally coming around again. Rob, Stephanie and the "crew" do an amazing job hosting this. If you have never been to this rally it's a must. Plan on staying a few extra days as there is so much history to see in a short time.

Great to see another rally added and also one of the best, Rob & Steph and their crew do a great job!!! Some folks don't realize how much work goes into running a rally but trust me my wife and I do  . If you can only pick one rally I highly suggest trying your best to sign up for this one

It's only a civil service secretary position, but we certainly would not be dragging a camper around without the extra bucks!

Nice to see this rally back. I had plans to go in 19 then My DW passed and I had to cancel. Looks like I will miss again as I have heard so many good things about the rally. Some day. Later RJD

Hopefully that "buried gold" is in the form of her TSP account, Kris.....I'm also pretty sure you can count on her pension being around and not taken away.
The Gettysburg rally is nearly impossible to get in to.....IMO, they need to have more than 50 sites available....we've been there once - it was fun.

I had the equivalent of TSP called a 457b deffered comp plan, that I am VERY glad I put all I could afford into, even if it's done nothing but bleed money this year (we are ALL hurting in that regard). I still get nervous about pensions when I see what is happening in market. 12 years ago, our former esteemed governor, (more interested in presidential aspirations than running our state, thankfully country saw through this phony), killed our Cost of Living Allowance, so I know they can damage pensions further.

Gettysburg is like no other place. The very name evokes those three summer days in 1863 when the trajectory of American and world history was changed forever. Come visit the now-tranquil rolling hills of the battlefield and the quaint town that still wears both the scars and the glory of those three days.
The 5th Annual Gettysburg FROG Rally will include:
• A full hookup campsite at the Gettysburg Campground for three nights
• Thursday night Poker Run Style Camper Crawl
• Friday morning SkyMed presentation and continental breakfast
• Friday night Happy Hour Style Meet and Greet Potluck
• FROG Bingo following the potluck
• Saturday morning crafts for adults and kids (nominal fee for adult craft)
• Saturday coffee talk on fire safety and first aid
• Saturday catered barbeque dinner hosted by Forest River Owners Group
• Saturday Movie Night following dinner
• Sunday morning Farewell Continental Breakfast
Also included for each attendee with your registration:
• A seat for a Friday “Wine-d” Down at the Farm tour. We will visit two destinations via a private coach – the Adams County Winery and the Hollabaugh Bros Family Farm. At the winery, our group will enjoy a private wine tasting followed by an additional sampling in the tasting room. You can also purchase any wines that you might have enjoyed during the tasting. There will be a short amount to time to walk the vineyard before re‐boarding the coach. At the multigenerational Hollabaugh Bros Family Farm, we will visit the "Bee Room" and then board the farm's special hay wagon to tour the farm. We will be treated to apple cider and doughnuts baked on the premises and have the opportunity to receive seasonal fruit to bring back with us. There will be time to browse the extensive farmstand and gift shop which has a vast selection of fresh baked goods, local produce, local meats, home gifts as well as hand‐dipped ice cream.
• A seat for a Saturday Gettysburg Battlefield private coach tour. Enjoy a two‐hour battlefield tour with an NPS licensed battlefield guide. There are opportunities to get off the bus and visit five or six sites for more detailed discussion and pictures.
• An official 5th Annual Gettysburg FROG Rally t-shirt.
Optional Add-On:
• There is an optional add-on for our group dinner at the Historic Dobbin House (a nationally registered historic landmark) in the center of Gettysburg on Thursday evening. The Dobbin House is rich in Gettysburg history and is a highly recommended experience. There is a limited number of seats at $40/person. Dinner selections will be taken after registration.
Cost for base registration is $430 which covers the site and two adults.
For additional adults, there is a fee of $100/person.
For children, there is a fee of $35/person for ages 3-18.
Kids under the age of 3 are free.
As with all FROG events, all attendees must be camped in a Forest River or affiliated brand RV on one of the registered sites.

Set your alarms/reminders tomorrow is April Fools day. More importantly the sign up for the twice cancelled Gettysburg rally.
