I'm trying to there a day or two early this year!!! Last year I one of the last ones to check in and had the peanut gallery help me back in a tight spot. This year if I get in early there will be lots of room to park and nobody to laugh at me.

We are planning on Friday if the Bluewater Bridge US Border security wisks us through might be Thursday evening. 605 KM and 6 hours without the Border.

Thursday would probably be better as this is a long weekend in Ontario I think.

Civic Holiday. We will pull out 7 am on Thursday and then once across the Border either call a KOA or something midway or forge ahead and call Goshen for early site access.

It's an 'optional' long weekend on the Monday. Not everybody gets it off.
We'll be leaving Saturday morning, then ~4 hours to Goshen from Windsor. Should be getting in early afternoon just in time for everybody to laugh at my lack of parking skills.

Both the Port Huron and Emmett KOAs are nice, one right across the border, the other is only about 1/2 hour further down the highway.
