First successful Boondocking / dry camping trip

This weekend was our first boondocking / dry camping with the new E-Pro camper. It went great. The 200ah lithium worked great with the 400 watts of solar. We had sun Friday but light rain drizzle with clouds Saturday and Sunday. Solar kept up the 12v fridge, coffee maker, furnace, lights etc. We did not lack anything. This little trailer is awesome. We are really happy with it. We just love the griddle.

And look at all those trees

Right now I’m at a campground that has power
But been too lazy to reach down and turn on my converter

Gonna see how the Solar keeps up
I’m parked under some trees and at 6pm Solar was still keeping up with demand

in south Florida Everglades
but haven’t seen the sun all day
Cloudy and humid as heck
Had to get powered site so can run the air conditioner
Guess I’m getting old

Yes I would need a powered site to for the AC my little solar setup would not keep up. It is not hot up here yet. So either powered or generator sites for us as well when it gets really hot.

Glad you had a great time and like the new camper. It looks like a great place to camp! We just returned from our second trip with our new MicroLite 21FBRS and love it too. It really has everything we need and a nice amount of space for the 2 of us (plus pooch). I agree on the griddle. Made grilled cheese sandwiches for lunch one day. I think they took about 2 minutes to cook. Do these pictures look too similar?

Take the high road. It's usually less muddy.

Good for you. Plenty of power for a smaller rig.
The secret to being happy is to want what you have.
