2016 Coachmen Apex RBS 249 slide out extended and stuck

Our 2016 Coachman Apex 249 RBS slide out is stuck and extended. I called Coachman and they emailed me several pages of info especially on the slide out control module and what the leds are telling us. The problem is I canít find the control module. They thought it was under the lavatory so I pulled up the false floor and itís not there. Iíve pulled off panels under the refrigerator, under the kitchen sink, the sofa, the cabinets...nothing but plumbing and wires. If anyone has a suggestion Iím all ears. The issue is the motor toward the front side works but the motor closest to the kitchen doesnít. When you try to pull it in with the wall switch only one side pulls in. Thanks for any help! We'll keep at it in the meantime.

Sounds like a Schwintek slideout system. The one in my TracerAir was under the fridge, behind a false panel.

It is the Schwintec system but it's not under the frig. I'll keep hunting. Thanks for responding.

Mine was "hidden" behind a panel beneath the sound system console.

We also have a 2016 249RBS and the slideout control module can be found behind the panel located under the three open storage shelves (next to the shower). I discovered ours about a year ago when the slide also got stuck in the "out" position. Turns out the black water tank flush anti-backflow valve was loose & sprayed a bit of water on the slideout control module. After tightening the valve, drying the module & then resetting it, no problems since. Good luck & hope yours is also an easy fix!
