RV Heater quit in middle of night. Heater blower will run, then cut off. Troubleshooting, I think it maybe the sail switch or something else? The heater is in a location which makes it hard to access.

Any suggestions?

It may be your propane bottle safety valve. The fan will still come on but no propane. To reset safety valve shut off the furnace, shut off the propane tank, let sit for a minute. Slowly turn on your propane and after a minute turn on your furnace to heat. I found this out the hard way.

Thanks, I will try that Funny, I just bought a new propane tank and this problem started shortly after.

All my other propane appliances (fridge & stove) work fine?

One morning we got a faint smell of propane, we opened all the windows & shut everything down. After that, we never smelled the propane after that?
